Apollo Rewards Programme - Belgium

Article 1: General 

  • Administrator means 360insights (Europe) Ltd. This is the program manager on behalf of Apollo Tyres (Belgium)
    GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); 
  • Participant, Your or You means: Participating customers in the 'Pilot savings program'; 
  • Website means: https://www.apollo-tyres-rewards-be.com/
  • Program means "Apollo Rewards Programme - Belgium" and all parts thereof; 
  • Organizer means: Apollo Tyres (Belgium)
  • Hereinafter referred to as: Apollo Tyres.    

Article 2: The promotion 

  1. These Terms of Use apply to customers participating in the “Apollo Rewards Programme - Belgium” organized by Apollo Tyres.
    This program runs from April 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023. 
  2. If a participant has committed fraud in any way, he will not receive a promotion. If it deems it necessary, Apollo Tyres is at all times
    entitled to exclude a participant from participation in this promotion. 
  3. Tyres replaced due to warranty schemes do not count towards this promotion. 
  4. It is not possible to correspond about the conditions of the promotion.  
  5. Reward points are awarded to each participant based on purchases of Vredestein passenger car tyres.
  6. Points must be redeemed through the Website.
  7. The points can be exchanged until 30 June, 2023 for a reward included in the administrator's platform.
  8. From 1 July, 2023, users’ points will expire. Expired points will be retained by 360insights.
  9. Timely emails will be sent to remind users before the points expire.

Article 3: Liability and indemnification 

  1. Apollo Tyres, the auxiliary persons and/or third parties engaged by it are, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, not liable for any damage, direct and/or indirect, arising from or in any other way related to the promotion. 
    More specifically, Apollo Tyres, the auxiliary persons and/or third parties engaged by it are not liable for any damage, direct and/or indirect, caused by or in any other way related to: 
  2. the prices and/or compensation paid out by it; 
    changing, interrupting or terminating the promotion and/or changing the prices and or fees if the circumstances so require;
    the unauthorized use of our systems by a third party. 
  3. Apollo Tyres, the auxiliary persons and/or third parties engaged by it, are also not liable for any additional expenses that the participants may have to make in connection with the participation in the promotion and/or with the acceptance and use of the prizes. and/or fees. 
  4. Employees must obtain prior approval from their employer to participate in the program. 

Article 4: Apollo Tyres rights  

  1. Apollo Tyres reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of participants in the promotion at any time if they act in any way in violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable legal or self-regulatory provision, without prior notice. , without giving any reason, at its own discretion and without Apollo Tyres being held liable for this. 
  2. Apollo Tyres also reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to discontinue, interrupt or change the Promotion and any other part of the Website and/or to change the prizes and/or fees of the Promotion. change if circumstances require.

Article 6: Data protection and privacy 

Apollo Tyres acts as Data Controller as defined in data protection law. The Promoter agrees to comply with their obligations under all applicable law. In particular, the Promoter will share personal data with the Administrator for the purposes of program administration, program communications and other Promoter-related marketing purposes.  

Article 7: Replacement 

In the event that a reward item is not available, the administrator will contact you within 7 days of placing the order and offer a replacement item of comparable value. If you do not want to accept the replacement item, the value of the points will be credited again. 

The Administrator reserves the right to remove or withdraw any Reward from the Range in its sole discretion and entrants should not rely on the continued availability of any Reward Category or Reward Item. The Administrator will honor all Rewards already ordered by a Participant prior to price changes.   

Article 8: Delivery 

Delivery of reward items will take place within 28 days of placing the order, unless otherwise stated on the website or via email communication. 

All reward items will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of order. The delivery address for reward items must be to an address for which the item can be signed. If no one is available to sign for receipt of the goods, the delivery company will usually leave a card with contact details for you to reschedule delivery. Where a rescheduled delivery is made and no one is present to sign for the item, the supplier may charge a redelivery fee at its discretion and this will be passed on to you. 

Delivery of damaged items must be refused and items found to be damaged upon delivery or after opening the package must be notified to the administrator's customer service team within 48 hours to allow for timely follow-up with the third-party supplier or carrier and arrange for a replacement to be sent. Couriers generally accept no liability for damage or lost items after this time frame. 

Where a signed delivery is made to you, but delivery is not possible for any reason, the administrator will arrange for the delivery to be redelivered as soon as possible, but you may be charged a fee that you may charge from the carrier or a comparable service provider for a re-delivery attempt for which you are liable.      

Article 9: Returns and malfunctions

Returns of Reward Items will be arranged for you if there is an error with the Reward Item or if it is damaged, provided the issue is reported to the Administrator within 48 hours of receipt. Couriers generally accept no liability for damage or lost items after this time frame. 

To discuss or organize a return, exchange or refund of an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. 

You acknowledge that some Reward Items are non-returnable and non-refundable (i.e. custom items, perishable goods such as flowers/food, or personal items such as jewelry or cosmetics). 

If errors occur after 14 days of receipt, they are subject to manufacturer's warranties. 

Article 10: Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions may be amended by Apollo Tyres at any time. We therefore recommend that you review the terms and conditions regularly:

  1. If and insofar as any provision of these terms and conditions is annulled or annulled, the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. We will then determine a new provision to replace the void/nullified provision, whereby the purport of the void/nullified provision will be considered as much as possible. 
  2. Dutch law applies to these promotional terms and conditions. The District Court of Overijssel, location Almelo, is authorized to take cognizance of any disputes between Apollo Tyres and the participant. 
  3. By participating in the promotion, the participant agrees to these promotion conditions.

Tyres which are still in back order cannot be cancelled by the customer until the 31st of August 2023.
